Please read these rules before entering the Pugster Gift Cards Sweepstakes. You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.
Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter.You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on November 4, 2009 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on November 19, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes, visit http://www.pugster.com, and follow the instructions on the website to enter the Sweepstakes. Only one entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period will be accepted. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to enter by using multiple e-mail addresses or otherwise will be disqualified.
SELECTION OF WINNER. A Random drawing will be conducted on or about November 20, 2009, by Pugster LLC whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, from among all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
PRIZES. One(1) Grand Prize: $50 Gift Card to Pugster.com. Approximate total retail value: $50.00. One(1) Second Price: $25 Gift Card to Pugster.com. Approximate total retail value: $25.00. One(1) Third Price: $10 Gift Card to Pugster.com. Approximate total retail value: $10.00. Prizes are non-transferable; no prize substitutions or cash redemption except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prizes become unavailable. Prize(s) are not redeemable for cash and may not reduce the prize value awarded for tax purposes. All taxes on prizes are winner's sole responsibility. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or winner cannot be contacted for any reason, an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected. Limit one prize per person/household.
Mailing List. By entering the Sweepstakes, you will be placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Pugster.com.
