I have paid and received the item, but it still says that I owe money for the item. What's going on?

As long as we, the seller, received your payment, you are fine regardless of your account status. Your MyEbay page does not always reflect that items have been paid when you didn't go through all the steps on ebay check out, or you paid for the items through PayPal.
You can change the status of the paid items by going into your eBay page and click "pay now" button, then when prompted to choose an option of payment choose "money order".

Can you tell me if you received my payment, and when will the items be shipped?

You will receive an notification email when we have received your payment and then another email when we have shipped your order.

Do you accept personal or company checks?

Sorry, we don't accept any personal or company checks due to company policies. We can only accept credit cards and e-checks through PayPal. Other methods of payment are money order or cashier's check.

PayPal is a reliable processing method used by customers worldwide and is an approved method of payment for eBay, Amazon, and many large internet sites. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone for eBay orders. If you choose not to use PayPal, then you can mail a money order or cashier's check to our mailing address.

I have tried to pay through PayPal, but it keeps refunding me for the amounts that I have made.

Sometimes when you make separate payments for multiple items, we refund you all the transactions to save you on s/h costs ($2.00 s/h per item for single payments-USA). *Our combined s/h cost is $2.00 for the first item, $0.50 thereafter for domestic shipments.

I can't seem to get PayPal to work. Can you help me?

Our system sends you an invoice via email, but it does not send you a PayPal payment request. If you need PayPal payment requests, so that you can just click in and pay, please contact us via email at ebay@pugster.com to tell us you need a payment request. Please do not forget to include your paypal email address.

My item numbers won't fit or won't match when I am try to pay by PayPal, is that ok?

The item numbers are for our reference to your account. We will never exclude the item that is not listed in your payment when you have paid for it.

I have trouble accessing PayPal's website. What is wrong with it?

PayPal often closes its website for a short period of time for maintenance purposes, and we can't do anything about it. You will have to wait until it reopens to make transactions.

I need the charms by this date, will they arrive on time?

We do offer Priority 2-3 days not guaranteed or Express 1-2 days guaranteed. Priority shipping (2-3 days) is $6.50 for the first item, and $0.50 for each additional item, provided you make one combined payment for all items. Express shipping (1-2 days guaranteed) is $17.00 for your first item, and $0.50 for each additional item, provided you make one combined payment for all items.

The best way to guarantee delivery by a certain date is to use Express shipping, as it is the only form of shipping which is guaranteed to arrive on time. Please let us know if you would like to upgrade your shipping.

Can I combine shipments?

Yes, we can combine shipments for up to 3 days so that you can save on shipping charges.
