Bought this after reading the rave reviews and felt very disappointed by the actual product. The clasp was very stiff, and the metal backing of the brooch was so soft that the brooch became bent when I struggled to undo the clasp. The butterfly looked a lot prettier in the picture. But i do give five stars for the delivery service, which was extremely prompt as usual.
