ODDS:

The odds of receiving a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period and the number of eligible entries submitted by each user.

WINNING AND NOTIFICATION:

The winners will be notified by e-mail once all winning entries are counted after 1 million overall positive feedbacks are reached (estimated date: September 15, 2005). Prize winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Any winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize, by any one of the following methods: (a) At the time the winner is notified by email, the winner may indicate that he or she intends to waive the prize, in which case the prize will not be delivered if the winner has delivered a signed, written waiver to Pugster, Inc. within ten (10) days after such notification; (b) At any time after notification but prior to delivery of the prize, the winner may waive the prize by delivering a signed, written waiver to Pugster, Inc; or (c) After delivery of the prize, the winner may return the prize to Pugster, Inc, along with a signed, written waiver, in which case the winner shall be responsible for all shipping costs in order to return the prize. No cash or other substitution is allowed. Rights to receive a prize are non-assignable and non-transferable. Submission of a feedback constitutes the customer's representation that he or she is eligible to participate. Winners will be notified via e-mail. If the winner selected does not respond in a timely fashion to 3 email notices sent out, an alternate winner will be selected. You must submit valid email addresses in order to receive your email notification that you have been selected as a winner. Prize winners and travel companions may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and/or Prize Acceptance Form within seven (7) days following notification. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Pugster, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. CANNOT LEGALLY REQUIRE PAYMENT TO QUALIFY TO WIN A PRIZE.

• Winner's contact must have both of the following:

  Entries will be automatically disqualified if either of the above conditions are not met. Prizes are awarded to the person registered under the eBay ID used.
• Participation constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Rules. Pugster, Inc reserves the right to cancel or modify this Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures have destroyed the integrity of the Giveaway or that the Giveaway is not otherwise capable of completion as planned.
